Meet Paz Lenchantin

Paz Lenchantin (born in Mar del Plata, Argentina) is an American musician of Armenian and French ancestry. She came to Los Angeles, California with her family at the age of four.

Lenchantin speaks fluent Spanish and English. She began playing piano at age five. She then took violin lessons at age eight and taught herself how to play guitar at age twelve. Her sister, Ana is a musician and a frequent collaborator. She and her late brother Luciano Lenchantin also collaborated frequently.

She is most well-known as one of the original members of A Perfect Circle, playing bass guitar and violin:

violinist tag now up! And I used to LOVE A Perfect Circle a few years ago! Now I'm gonna have to go rediscover them, and check out Paz's new direction! Thanks for making us aware of her!
