I cannot TELL you how much I have been seetining when I do research on black women in rock n roll history and almost EVRY SINGLE TIME the labels "didnt know how to market them" and radio "refused to play them". The sexist racist appropriating .... of the establishment makes me wanna kick them where the sun don't shine! GRRRRRRR. I was glad to hear that she had been reaccepted by her record company though!
